We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Center for Expanding Leadership & Opportunity (CELO) does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes. This page explains the limited data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your privacy choices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws.
What We Collect and Why
We collect only two categories of personal information on this site:
1. Website analytics (Google Analytics) We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level), and device/browser type. This data is used solely to improve our website and content. We do not use Google Analytics for ad personalization, remarketing, or audience-matching with advertising networks.
2. Contact/inquiry form submissions When you submit our website form, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, and message). This is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share, sell, or use this information for marketing to third parties, and it is not combined with advertising data.
We do not use any advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party ad trackers on this site.
How to Opt Out
1. Global Privacy Control (GPC) If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically detect it and disable Google Analytics tracking for your visit — no further action needed. You can enable GPC through browsers or extensions such as Brave, DuckDuckGo, or Privacy Badger, or via the Global Privacy Control settings guide.
2. Cookie preferences You can also opt out directly through our cookie banner preferences at any time.
Opting out disables Google Analytics tracking for your session. It does not affect the contact form — if you choose to submit it, we’ll still use that information only to respond to you, as described above.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, or treat you differently, because you exercised your privacy rights.
Other Privacy Rights
