The Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL) is an annual, research-based assessment program that measures the leadership capacities, developmental experiences, and growth outcomes of young people, giving institutions the evidence to understand what is driving development and the insight to act on it.
By completing enrollment, you are reserving your institution’s place in the 2026-2027 MSL cohort. To finalize your enrollment, a member of the MSL team will follow up to confirm participation details and collect any information needed to complete your institution’s setup. Payment is required to be considered enrolled. If you are paying by check or ACH transfer, your receipt will be issued once payment has cleared.
